Description

Salimah is a refugee from Myanmar, who has been living in Malaysia since she was a newborn. Her father and her older sister fled to Denmark when she was only 1 year old, so she has been staying with her aunt in Malaysia ever since her mother remarried. Salimah is 10 years old when she gets a chance to be reunited with her father. Home Sweet Home is an award winning documentary for children aged 6-12, about finding your feet in a new culture as teenage life approaches.
